Knowledge exist to use yourself when it is required and to share with others. You got all these knowledge either thru experience or from other sources like books and people. In reality whatever u learnt knowledge is not suppose to be private, since if everyone in this world deny teaching you languages for talking or if nobody has shared their knowledge through books where you read in schools/collages and you will read many books related to profession or you will be a dumb and uncivilized person. Even to learn by your own experience you need to have basics which are shared by others like mother and other people.

Still, you can see many kind of people who do not like to share their knowledge. Here, you need to think about why they do not like to share their knowledge and what is preventing them to share their knowledge. You have met these kinds of people in your life without miss. If you think carefully you might get some of reasons like:

• That person does not have knowledge to share

• That person does have confidence in sharing his thoughts, inferiority complex

• That person is lazy to share knowledge

• That person don't like to share knowledge

If person do not have knowledge, you better share some of your knowledge to that person. If person do not have confidence to express his thoughts, it is better you share some of your understanding and helping him to expressing thoughts. If person is lazy, just leave it. That kind of people doesn't fit for even learning something new, since they are lazy.

If person do not share knowledge, then you can think that he is scared that other people might over take him in those areas. Most of the time we hide one or the other in sharing knowledge to others. when you hide something from others you can think that you are not gaining any knowledge in those areas further or you might be thinking that you will gain more by hiding it compare to others.

If you think that by sharing knowledge to others, you will gain less then it is not true. You will gain knowledge as much you leave outside for people. If people feel that you are really sharing your knowledge, they will also come and share with you as they learn something new.

If you feared of someone will overtake you, this is due to that you are not learning anything in those areas. You will be keeping that specific knowledge for your survival in life. So, in this case obvious mentality will be preventing sharing knowledge itself. At the same time, if people come to know that you hide things from them, they will also hide only for you. Many people are enough intelligent to leave knowledge only those who shares it with them too.

So, best thing could be to gain as much as knowledge and leave as much as possible knowledge to outside people. If you start hiding from people, after sometime this is going to create more problems from people then something usefully. Obviously, you will be thinking that you are intelligent in hiding knowledge but, actually it’s not. If you talk to more people, if more people shares knowledge with you, then only you will gain more knowledge.

You can share knowledge with people:

• Explaining to people around you when it needs

• Writing articles

• Teaching students

• Writing book, this is the only way which can reach maximum people
