A constitution provides the basic laws for a nation to grow. If there is any discrepancy in a Law or if a new law is to be introduced against some existing law, to make it better; a bill should be passed with the consent of the majority of the elected politicians.

We are lawless when it comes to an Individual. We take it for granted. We do not know whether we are doing some work properly or not. If we do not have any law we cannot proceed in life, we are going to end up somewhere where we don’t even like our own self. Ending somewhere unexpectedly and landing in a problem is not by destiny. We often consider this itself as fate or destiny. Rather, we need to consider this as junk; “We landed there, where we didn’t want to land.”
To create your own rules, you need to talk to various people; you need to read various books and take as many opinions as possible from other good people, who encourage you to grow. These laws, we cannot just write at once and followed. We need to build these laws one by one. As time passes, we need to have some basic rules, from which we derive rest of the laws. Before making something as a law, you need to have proper justification why you need to make that as a law for yourself. Is it for your own good and for better growth?
Once you have a set of laws, you might need to later add a new law or maybe you need to modify an existing law, in view of some problems. In such a situation, you need to again collect opinions from various people. You need to gather knowledge from various sources such as from people, books etc.. Once you get proper justifications and you are convinced that this would be a good law, then you can go onto modify the law list or add a new law to the existing laws.
If you are writing these laws on a paper, this should be hidden from other people. This is personal; and this is ONLY for you. So, don’t show to others your laws. However, if you try to keep the laws in mind and try to follow them, it is impossible to do so. Mind is very flexible and you will change the laws at a later stage very easily. To avoid this, you should write it on paper and keep it hidden from the rest of the world.
Whatever Laws you prepare, should not affect others. Such laws will create more problems for you. This should be in the larger interests of most people. Then only you will get success in following that law. If your laws are going to affect more people, it is going to become flop soon. You can even fine tune your laws at a later stage as you get more knowledge about that topic. Since, we can’t afford to learn things and wait to prepare an ultimate precise law and then follow it. The Best way is to fine tune the laws at later stages.
Preparations of laws for the Country/Company involve a team of experts, and so there are fewer chances of errors in law. These laws are later followed by the rest of the people. But, if you prepare laws for your own self, you are the only person to follow them. So, there is a greater chance of misusing yourself. Do not put laws which make you achieve less, but try to put tough law which assert on you achieving more and more.
Remember, countries/companies/team collapse due to bad laws/practices. Similarly, if you make bad laws, you are also going to collapse as an Individual. If a country does not have any laws, can it sustain and grow better? NO. Same thing applies 100% for Individuals also.
Country laws will help to protect against bad people. Same way, as an Individual you have two components, that is Good and Bad. You need proper laws to counter with your own Bad thoughts. You have to protect your Good from Bad. Good components takes you in one path, bad takes you to another path.
You need to try to go in a Good Path. Obviously, we cannot always go in the Good path coz we do not have control over our self and we do not know our nature completely. So, once you go in a Bad path, learn what exactly Bad path means and then make sure, you do not go in the Bad path at a later stage. Avoid repeating mistakes.
