Brain is an organ in head which controls and regulates the body activity and is considered as physical part of intelligent system where mind functions.

Important functions can be:

  • Storing data

  • Accessing data

  • Updating/Re-arranging data

  • Deleting/Forgetting data

Storing data: All the data which we stored are mainly collected through five senses these senses are sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. Most we are going to gather data through watching symbols and listening sounds and storing in a generic format. All human beings uses same format to store data. 

Symbols can be a human languages or photo of something which you saw but both are symbols. Human languages will help to keep something simple or something as key to retrieve further data like: "Tree" is short word (or a key) to identify a tree which you saw, if you have seen tree once for real and then when you see it next time, you will identify and going to tell yourself it is a "Tree" instead details about Tree itself. 

When we born, we see everything only photo's in surroundings and everywhere and we learn from people to call some photo as something in human language using a short word. This will help us to query data faster in later stage. We are going to store both Key + Photo to refer it later. Sometimes we might have only Key not photo. 

Example: If i know only word called "snow" and if i never saw it in photo or in real. Even when i see it next time, i cannot identify it has a "snow". Sometime we might pronounce that it looks "something like" but again you need to get confirmation from some sources like somebody need to tell me or in photo only it has to mention that it is "snow". After that instance, i will remember both "snow"(Key) + Photo. 

When you listen sounds, it can be some sound which humans communicate or anything by nature. If this sound is from human beings and if you can identify a sound, you are going to store it or you might even ignore storing it. We can store both known and unknown sound (this we can store till certain limit and we cannot store more unknown sounds). In sound you will store data in this pair of Key + Description. Sometimes you might not have description and later stage you might learn about it. 

Example: If somebody who can communicate to you in sound which you can identify, they can tell "Tree" and also description about that tree, where it will help you to identify it in later stage. Once you store description after you see a Tree in real or in photo, you might try to match that description with that tree and if that matches you will confirm it yourself by storing photo of that tree, here you will have three combinations Key + Description + Photo. Sometimes, if you have doubt to identify a tree using description which you have, you will store Tree photo in you in the same three pair, but you will explain other humans what you have seen and he might confirm it to make sure your understanding is proper about Tree.

Accessing data: After storing data, next most important operation is to access data faster when it is required. In daily life, as you do any kind of activity or anything you do after you wake up or even in sleep time (not often), you will be accessing data all the time. If you access some data frequently then that data will be clearer and will access faster than less accessed data. If you study something today and if you try to access the same data after some 20 or 30 years, you might not remember things properly, but you will remember vaguely. Sometimes, you need someone help to retrieve data and you will ask for clue, once you get a clue you will be able to retrieve other additional data w.r.t that Topic. 

If you get a Key as a clue, then you will retrieve data with better speed, if you get a detail description or a patterns of photo, you might access data bit slower. Basically, you need to get as much as high level data to retrieve faster. 

Example: If i give a clue that it will look like something by showing something, then you will try to access data and map it faster, instead if I start telling detail description of the photo with all info about pixels and others, you will put more effort in trying to identify that is something. Even after listening to many detail description about something, if you want to guess or relate it, you must have related data with you or else it is not possible to guess it or relate to it. Let say, I will see some Mango tree, if i never saw or heard of it from anyone, i will not be able to guess it is mango tree. So, I need to have at least some info like Key or Description or Photo to guess the object in later stage. 

Even though we listen to detail description and identify a object, we always listen all the info, again we are going to say like: This is like "Tree" (short key) or this is like "Mango tree and this is YYY type of Mango" (This we will retrieve from detail description which we store in our database) but, we don't start explaining complete details.

Updating/Re-arranging data: Most of the time, we always update the old data, like if we know some concept about some topic, i will re-read again whenever we get a chance. If you take English letters A...Z, this kind of stuffs we don't need to update, we can re-use it till we are alive. If you take some study about nature, we don't know completely we always need to update our understanding about it, since many people in world will be identifying many news things about nature. 

Updating data will help you to remember or rearranging the data to access faster when it is required, as you update more frequently you will be able to retrieve this updated data faster, the more you access, speed will increase further in accessing.

First, we learn fundamentals and then we are going to generate more combinations using the existing data. In this was we create our self new words and store it for later use. 

Example: If you know only one human language and using those letters you will be always trying to generate combinations of it and store it back. As you generate more combinations, you will know more and you will be called as intelligent.

If you read a book, you will store 1 type of pattern as it is what book has (We cannot store all the patterns of the book chapters though). If we further think by keeping this book contents and try to generate more meaningful combinations, then you will improve in your understanding about some topic. If you do not think further combination after reading book, you will not improve knowledge wise. So, after reading or gathering data through any means, you need to try to generate more combination with various existing stored data. 

When you generate unique combination and if that is not available in anywhere, you might think that it is meaningless but may not be true always, there are many people who justified in front of world with more proof about what they meant is valid, this requires more confidence on self and self trust. 

Generating more combinations could be like: You know English letters from A...Z and you will learn from someone about Tree and you will store "Tree" word. "Tree" is a new combination in that English letters. Like this you can generate more combinations.

You will see the photo of Tree and you will learn by mistake the spelling wrong as "Tre" instead of "Tree", in later stage if you express the same in front of others they can explain you the spelling of that tree is wrong, then you will map the Photo with "Tree" word instead of "Tre" word. Next time on wards you will identify it properly as "Tree" word.

Deleting/Forgetting data: This is difficult task, if humans can forget data whatever they want; many problems could have reduced in world. Although, we forget data if it’s not accessed for long, it is not exactly you forget completely. You have somewhere in storage, but detailed explanation will go off and you will just remember something vaguely, where you cannot identify it properly in later stage. 

For example: You will remember data w.r.t some person, when you are around that person, as you see or hear related to that person, you will try to retrieve data all the time, even though it is not useful. You will not forget since, as you sense about that person you will keep on accessing that data about that person. But, if you go away for that place, if you are very sure that you will never meet that person till you die, and if nobody remembers about that person indirectly also, then you will try "Initiating to forget" about that person. 

Difference between Educated and Un-Educated: Difference between Educated and Un-Educated people are Educated people learnt more patters (From books) and It is possible for them to generate more combinations out of it. Un-Educated people know less patters and they will try to generate combinations based on that, these people will learn patterns most of them only by experience, since they don't know reading. 

Difference between Master degree student and PhD student:  PhD student will learn more patterns and trying to generate more meaningful combinations and store data in them. Again, you can see not all PhD students will generate more meaningful combinations though. Instead even if Master degree has interests in learning more patterns and generate more combination he/she can do so. Nothing will stop you to generate more meaningful combinations as long as you are interested to learn more.

Interview: In Interview, you will be generally (most people) will be in tension since they need one job for various reasons, most of the companies(99%) will put you in tension and they will ask questions for you, sometimes questions will be coming continues, where it will create even more tension for you. There intension was to identify whether candidate can take pressure in work or not.

Here, we need to understand like: we are asking question, candidate is answering us by retrieving data from his/her database in that tensed situation. Here, we have to ask questions yourself like: Do u want to identify he/she is intelligent? or do u want to identify that he/she will think intelligently during pressure situation? 

If you want to identify that he/she will think intelligently during tensed situation, then you can see many people who reads for exam or does work only during at the end-only by wasting time initially. 

Instead of conducting interview all the time by creating tension for candidate to check whether he/she can work during pressure time. It’s always better to conduct interview normally by reducing his/her tension and try to identify only that he/she is intelligent or not. After you are happy with it, you can go for separate interview just to check he/she will work in pressure situation or else you might miss the intelligent where he failed to retrieve data during tensed situation. Remember you need both kinds of intelligent people for delivering a nice output.
